Article 1: Who am I?

FreeSpirit Online is a trade name of FreeSpirit Nomad, a one-man business located in (6031NX) Nederweert at Kleine Steeg 5. I am registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 83423621. I am the controller of your personal data.


Article 2: What data do I use?

Here you can find an overview of the data that I process from you, why I do this, what legal basis I have to process this data from you and how long I will keep this data.


I process your name, e-mail and other data that are necessary to optimally deliver my services to you to enable the execution of the agreement. You can think of your financial data. I use this information to make you a satisfied customer during the term of our agreement. I store this data for a maximum of 7 years. All other data that will be exchanged during our agreement will be deleted after termination of the agreement.


To manage your order, I will keep your name, e-mail and payment details in my customer file for up to 7 years after your registration. I do this on account of the implementation and possible amendment of the agreement, as well as for the Tax and Customs Administration.


I process your name, e-mail and payment details for invoicing and financial administration. I cannot process your payment without this information. I therefore need this information for the execution of the agreement. According to a legal obligation of the tax authorities, I must keep this information for 7 years after the current financial year.


In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about my services, I will process your name, e-mail and the content of this complaint in order to arrive at the best possible solution for you. I use this information for optimal execution of the agreement. I will keep data related to complaints for up to 7 years after handling.


FreeSpirit Online has a commercial interest in using some of your personal data for marketing purposes. I process your name, e-mail and social media account for direct marketing and social media marketing. I will delete this data as soon as you unsubscribe from my newsletter or indicate that you no longer wish to be contacted by me.


I use analytics services to make this website possible and to optimize it. I will track your use of my website with Google Analytics and a Facebook Pixel and am bound by the retention periods of Google and Facebook.


These services use cookies. Cookies are small pieces of information that are sent to your browser when you visit my website and are then stored on the hard disk or in the memory of the device you use to visit my website. These cookies will not damage your devices. In addition, Facebook collects target group statistics by means of a cookie. With this information I can place more targeted advertisements. To make it possible to post reviews about my services, I process the content of your message with your first name and organization. I can place testimonials about my services on my website out of commercial interest. I will keep it until you request deletion or the review is no longer relevant to my services.
